Client Review on Christian Financial CU

Worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of being involved with. I've been banking with them for at least 5 years and I can't wait to get the most recent issue resolved so I can finally leave and go somewhere better. I've had consistent issues with trying to get overdraft fees reversed because for some reason, their ATM never seems to be functioning. Dealing with who I assume to be the manager, her response was that there are multiple ways to deposit money and I should come inside (A convenience that most people who work most of the day don't have) or there is an outside walk-up deposit box (in all the years I've been banking with them, this is the first I've ever even heard of this). I was refused an overdraw reversal, in which case I now have to wait for someone else to approve. I came in a few days ago and their change machine was also unavailable- which seems to be a consistent theme with this location. Everyone I've ever known with an account here has had complaints, and I'm embarrassed that I've stuck around this long with them because it has led to nothing but frustration.
