These guys will embarrass you at work. Make you or your boss mad. They call you like a collection agency when you cannot pay them and their payment options are not very helpful. Unless your rich don't borrow money from these guys. Their loans and fees cost you money that it can be a burden to pay back. Not very convenient or fair to me. This is a loan company from hell. I will never borrow money from them again. Have learnt my lesson the hard way. Don't fall for their trap. There are better loan companies out there with better customer service and rates.

Went in for an interview. It was scheduled for 9am however due to the traffic on the strip and traffic directly in front of the building i was not able to get there u til 917am . i did call and let them know i was having a hard time getting there. Once i arrived i was greeted by the receptionist who informed me it was ok that i was late and there should not be an issues because she herself knew all about the construction out front and on the strip and all over town i might add. She handed me an application. After 930 someone who was there for a 915 interview showed up expressing the same concerns and frustration because she too was late. After finishing the app at 955am i was greeted by someone who told me due to me being late they would not be seeing me.I fully am aware of needing to be punctual and i have never been late to an interview before but i find this completely unprofessional. Not only was i lied to once i arrived instead of being told " hey they wont see you" i was lead to believe it was ok. Spent another 40 minutes filling out the app for my time to be wasted. There needs to be better communication from upper management . 40 minutes to be sitting around expecting an interview is a long time . i hope the other people who were late were told the same thing so we can all see the true colors of this company.

Don't borrow any money from this company unless you can make your minimum payment or pay in full on time. The worst loan company to do business with if your going through finicaial issues or a hard times. Only accept debit card payments and Net Spend Prepaid Card only. Their loan will become a burden until you have paid it off and never done business with them again. They will constantly call you and will even have the audacity to call your place of work if they have to. Their customer service is also a hit or miss depending on who you talk to. Also based on my experience there are better loans and rates you can get out there compared to Cash Factory USA. These guys would not be my first option for loans. You have been warned. Do you research and make sure they are the right fit for you otherwise you will regret doing business with them.

Up until today I would have given this company 4 stars, not 5 due to the unprofessional attitude of their "loan advisors", however after my latest experience with Marina, I will no longer do business with this company. I recently lost my job. I called in to ask them to revoke ACH as I don't have the money in my account to pay them. While Marina did what I asked, her condescending attitude and her personal questions regarding whether or not I was receiving unemployment and telling me that I needed to setup a payment arrangement even though I told her I can't take care of them right now came across as rude and unprofessional. She constantly cut me off and then proceeded to tell me that good luck and have a great day. Just an all around rude experience. When I get a new job and pay them off, I won't ever be doing business with them again.

Attn; CEO or Rod AveryMy name is Matthew Sharpe and I called in to pay off my loan. I was answered by the rudest person Rene and James Ext 1323 and Ext 1321.They then proceed to tell me I was in breach of contract and why did I get a loan from Cash Factorry in the first place. This place is aweful and I will make sure everyone hears of my experience with CF. You guys are a joke to yourselfs and society. And Rene and James are he reason I am speaking my story to he whole internet. Ext 1321 and 1323. Listen to the calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wouldn't let me upload documents online and I have no fax machine. No explanation on why documents can't be uploaded. Also, spoke to 2 different ladies on the phone, the first asked all of my bank info (name of bank, acct and routing #) and told me to upload my paystub so I could be funded. The second lady told me they can't fund my account because its "not traditional" why didnt the first lady I talked to say anything about that?!? You guys take all my info, tell me I will be funded and then at the last minute say no and that the previous employee must not have known about the bank policies. I think you need to train all of your employees so they ALL know company policies! Also, the website does not state that you need a traditional bank account. You should really look into that! Never trying this place again due to lack of knowledge from staff and information not being publicly posted. Thank you for wasting my time!
