Client Review on Cash Factory USA

Feedback:

Went in for an interview. It was scheduled for 9am however due to the traffic on the strip and traffic directly in front of the building i was not able to get there u til 917am . i did call and let them know i was having a hard time getting there. Once i arrived i was greeted by the receptionist who informed me it was ok that i was late and there should not be an issues because she herself knew all about the construction out front and on the strip and all over town i might add. She handed me an application. After 930 someone who was there for a 915 interview showed up expressing the same concerns and frustration because she too was late. After finishing the app at 955am i was greeted by someone who told me due to me being late they would not be seeing me.I fully am aware of needing to be punctual and i have never been late to an interview before but i find this completely unprofessional. Not only was i lied to once i arrived instead of being told " hey they wont see you" i was lead to believe it was ok. Spent another 40 minutes filling out the app for my time to be wasted. There needs to be better communication from upper management . 40 minutes to be sitting around expecting an interview is a long time . i hope the other people who were late were told the same thing so we can all see the true colors of this company.
