Client Review on Cash Factory USA

Wouldn't let me upload documents online and I have no fax machine. No explanation on why documents can't be uploaded. Also, spoke to 2 different ladies on the phone, the first asked all of my bank info (name of bank, acct and routing #) and told me to upload my paystub so I could be funded. The second lady told me they can't fund my account because its "not traditional" why didnt the first lady I talked to say anything about that?!? You guys take all my info, tell me I will be funded and then at the last minute say no and that the previous employee must not have known about the bank policies. I think you need to train all of your employees so they ALL know company policies! Also, the website does not state that you need a traditional bank account. You should really look into that! Never trying this place again due to lack of knowledge from staff and information not being publicly posted. Thank you for wasting my time!
