This is as easy as oil gets: Place an order, leave a check (or pay online with a card), and that's it. No need to worry about discounts like other companies.

Feedback:

I've had repeated service issues with this company this winter. Unable to deliver when requested, false claims about what they could do for payment options that left charges on my card, and refusing to take responsibility for errors their driver made regarding leaving without delivering. I'll never use this company again.

I was a happy customer, and never had a problem. Then, due to a glitch in their system when I moved, my order was delivered to my old address, when I had changed it to my new one. Their response was to basically blame me and Paypal (their CC processor) for the problem and tell me they didn't have any way to fix it. I don't know what they expect me to do about it, siphon it out into 35 5 gallon cans, then stink up the interior of my van? They didn't even offer to refund the 25 gallons I paid for, but they couldn't fit in the tank. I'm filling out paperwork to dispute the credit card transaction now, and I'll never buy from them again.

I would give zero stars if there is one. The staff are very rude, they want the money upfront, transparency nil, delivery status is hard to find, price not competitive any more, technology outdated, management never addresses the issue, customer is always at fault, service very unreliable. I wonder is it really worth it for the 10 or 20 cents savings?

"Act of God" given as excuse for non delivery and backed up order on 1/15/18. Cindy, was rude, unhelpful and overall Cash Oil does not have modern communication in form or in customer care such as sending an update if a delivery is to be late. Their prices are no longer competitive. I ordered Wed.1/10, the order was scheduled by them for Sat. 1/13, but it did not arrive. A follow up call on Monday, 1/15 announced Sat. 1/20 as the delivery date. Without my follow up call, I would have been left uninformed which is inexcusable in the age of email, texting, and ease of customer care. Cindy was gruff and disagreeable. Past bills for 125 gal. Have been 249, 299, but this one is 362! Unreliable all the way around. Good bye Cash Oil.

I've been a customer of Cash Energy Oil for 5 years. I am impressed with live answer to my calls and delivery system via their website. They've never failed us. The website is not fancy...straight forward..."Just Order" and you receive a prompt confirmation...we leave a check (and candy) and have never been disappointed! Thank goodness they don't take snow days!!!

There is no customer relations for this company. They were supposed to make a delivery at our apartment building but ended up at the mail to address instead of the delivery address. When I called to see if they could rectify the situation they were not willing to help and went out of their way to blame us for the mess up. In fact they flat out accused me of lying. We ordered on line on the 26th and found out on our own that there was no delivery made on the 30th - this company did not call or leave a note stating they could not make the delivery. This is not the first time this has happened - but it will be the last. Looking for other recommendations on Oil Companies that want good customers and that are willing to take care of their customers in return.
