Client Review on Cash Energy

Feedback:

I was a happy customer, and never had a problem. Then, due to a glitch in their system when I moved, my order was delivered to my old address, when I had changed it to my new one. Their response was to basically blame me and Paypal (their CC processor) for the problem and tell me they didn't have any way to fix it. I don't know what they expect me to do about it, siphon it out into 35 5 gallon cans, then stink up the interior of my van? They didn't even offer to refund the 25 gallons I paid for, but they couldn't fit in the tank. I'm filling out paperwork to dispute the credit card transaction now, and I'll never buy from them again.
