Client Review on Cash Energy

Feedback:

"Act of God" given as excuse for non delivery and backed up order on 1/15/18. Cindy, was rude, unhelpful and overall Cash Oil does not have modern communication in form or in customer care such as sending an update if a delivery is to be late. Their prices are no longer competitive. I ordered Wed.1/10, the order was scheduled by them for Sat. 1/13, but it did not arrive. A follow up call on Monday, 1/15 announced Sat. 1/20 as the delivery date. Without my follow up call, I would have been left uninformed which is inexcusable in the age of email, texting, and ease of customer care. Cindy was gruff and disagreeable. Past bills for 125 gal. Have been 249, 299, but this one is 362! Unreliable all the way around. Good bye Cash Oil.
