I would prefer a Zero star rating but have to click one to post. After ~4 years of ahead of due date payments I recently had 1 check get lost in the mail. Surprisingly however the other 2 checks sent on the same day found their destination and were processed accordingly. Go figure the 1 was lost in the world with only 3 payments left on the loan. Got assessed a fee even after all these years on pre due date payments. Called to discuss and less than ten words in cut off by the individual stating we do not reverse late fees and that they don’t control the mail; well neither do I and the other two checks found their homes without issue. Reminds me of the beginning of this relationship, when they erroneously were processing checks towards the wrong account even when I sent the payment stub with it and then they signed me up without forewarning for car insurance on some Saturn which wasn’t even mine but some other members. All I can say is I will not be using Case for any future loans and I recommend steering clear even if it means a higher APR, I know I most definitely will. Sorry it’s the principle of customer service and Case’s lack thereof, the process fee isn’t the issue it’s that they don’t seem to value the customer even though the customer is their reason for being present.

This credit union is awful, I have a very good credit score and was able to acquire a 2015 Chevy equinox for a little over $15,000 on monthly payments of just over $350 a month and I have made my payment on time actually early monthly and I received a letter in the mail stating that because the dealership I purchased the vehicle from has not responded with paperwork showing that case credit union is on the title they are raising my interest rate which would bring my monthly payment to $480 a month. This credit union Is borderline fraudulent. They are not men and women of their word and all they are interested in doing is getting you under contract to in return place you in a bind. I have no control over what the car dealership does and I have contacted them on many occasions but because they have not filed all of the proper paperwork my interest rate has skyrocketed I would not recommend this credit union going forward please don’t waste your time.

overall good service but they are always having some sort of personal conversations with each other. they either have 2 maybe even 3 booths open even though there are at least 6 booths to utilize. most of the time if you’re waiting and one booth becomes available, you have to wait on the employees to focus on their job and not each other.

The three stars is because this was one of my first jobs as a teen and they had friendly and timely service. I can imagine most of the reviews are from the Southside location, however my experience is with the W. Saginaw location. They have just gotten EXTREMELY slow and the workers are not trained like they used to be. When you service the public where they are putting their money in your business, the least the workers can do is not have an attitude when you walk up to the window. I've been here over 16 years and probably won't leave but they need to fix their customer service

I went in to change my address and order checks. Guess whose address was never changed and who never got her checks? I'm so mad. I'm going in there to talk to these people, face to face.

Less than impressive, applied online for membership. Had a loan through them years ago. They called and asked that I stop by a branch to complete my application. When I asked what was the snag they had to look it up and needed ID verification. With the amount of fraud these days very understandable. However when I arrived I was greeted by an over zealous guard. The receptionist was very nice, then instead of meeting with someone in an office I was directed to the front counter in the loud lobby. Not a big deal I'll just show them my driver's license and passport card... 1,2 and I'm out? Not so much, many questions that shouldn't be discussed at the counter and questions I had to have repeated due to amount of noise in the lobby... Turns out they didn't need ID at all it was address verification that was needed. Had they mentioned that in the phone it would have been so much easier... I don't think I'll be opening an account with them based on their way of doing business... You shouldn't either

Awful! The receptionist is completely rude. Will never come back and don’t plan on opening my account. Lost a customer for terrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
