Feedback:

I have just completed installation of BOIPA and to say the Technical Support was nothing short of amazing is an understatement. I don't have that many techinical skills and Jake and Gary guided me through every step of the installation process which was a daunting task for me. It is now up and running successfully. I would highly recommend BOIPA for easy, hassle free installation with very professional Technical and Sales people. Thank you team BOIPA

Not good at all. Engineer arrived 3 hours ahead of arranged time to deliver machine so I was not at home to accept the delivery. After four forty minute stints on hold I managed to get through to their customer service to arrange another delivery date. When the machine arrived I discovered I was locked out of the main function I required rendering the machine virtually useless to me. Having been frustrated by further numerous fruitless attempts to contact customer service I'm strongly considering sending the machine back.

Feedback:

Awful Service , Slow Terminals, Little if any back up service at weekends when things go wrong. They claim to have next day settlements which is untrue as settlements do not go into your account until close of Business of the Bank so they may as well be the following day. Cancelling the service with them was another ordeal and went on for months with emails back and forth and loads of hidden charges along the way. Exactly what you would expect from a Bank of Ireland owned company - No Customer Service !!! Avoid stick with Elavon or any other Provider

Had terminal installed weeks ago. Has cause nothing but problems everyweekend. Was advised that I wouldn't need WiFi and the terminal would work fine. Once we entered the contract the business was ignored and left with a faulty terminal. A few attempts were made to fix it even replaced still terminal doesn't work.

Using one of their terminals for the past 3 years now and have to say the service is excellent. Two faults in all that time both of which were resolved within 24 hours. Very helpful customer service. Funds released next working day without fail.Keep up the good work.

If you want card machine that works,avoid BOI ,ours stopped working just few month after we got it,now for 3 weeks we can't get replacement,and reason is unknown,they promised to fix it 2 weeks ago,then week ago,now this had to be sorted on Monday .Tueasday and no any sign of engineer, and not to mention 50min holding to get thru to customer service.With having a shop,we need card terminal that works not the one that lies down In the corner .Very disappointed,as we are also customers of BOI with all business accounts,now thinking to switch somewhere else.

I wont recommend this BOIPA1.The Money is not credited to my account for nearly 4 weeks.1 month.it Turned out they have a Wrong account number details in my name. Until now im waiting 2.They are Very slow in Customer service action!3.When they told me Machine is set up this week.The technical Man came after a week.
