Client Review on BOI Payment Acceptance

Not good at all. Engineer arrived 3 hours ahead of arranged time to deliver machine so I was not at home to accept the delivery. After four forty minute stints on hold I managed to get through to their customer service to arrange another delivery date. When the machine arrived I discovered I was locked out of the main function I required rendering the machine virtually useless to me. Having been frustrated by further numerous fruitless attempts to contact customer service I'm strongly considering sending the machine back.
