Twice I've tried to book flights and they say you can remove limits, but then they don't, no customer service, takes 2 days to get money promised 2 days ago, constant hassle, no customer service (4 years ago they were 24-7) still no flight, completely screwed by these morons, they're "protecting me" from using my own money FASCIST THIEVES - 0 out of 100

I drove clear across town, with bad Google map directions, to learn they won't cash a check, written on their bank, in the drive through. Unless you are a member! And the teller was pretty much a jerk!! I've never been told that by any bank I've gone to. Very disappointing!

The only reason this is a one star review is that you can't select zero or negative stars. The WORST banking experience EVER! We were dealing with a beneficiary on death situation. Those I spoke with withheld information; lied about what they said and what they didn't and generally obstructed every attempt to conclude the business.This process took over 2 MONTHS! Every time we went back with the next set of requirements, there was something else that we didn't know we needed to do.Their VP of Member Services seemed to go out of her way to be unhelpful. I had to get the attorney involved twice!I can't understand how this business gets away with service that is THIS BAD! The fact that it happens at the leadership levels suggests that the way customers are treated (or mistreated) is an upper level management decision.

I love Austin Telco, but not my bankI have been a member for nearly 20 years.I mostly appreciate the small things like1. Not having to talk to a banker to make any changes to my account2. Free coin counting3. Lots of branches4. Good telephone customer support5. Most accounts have no fees6. When I was a kid, they let me withdraw limited funds without an ID and did not charge me late fees when I forgot to pay my credit card a few times

I love my Austin Telco FCU. I have been banking with them since I was a teenager. Over 20 years. I am so happy and grateful that I am a member here. Every employee treats me so well. I always feel welcomed.They trust me and I trust them. I would recommend Austin Telco to anybody and everybody.

GeorgetownShannon Kylberg was one of Two employees that assisted me in opening a new business account. She even called me later to make sure I was able to connect to my account online. I was going to open at another local bank but left the lobby after 30 minutes of waiting. I'm glad I opted to use ATFCU !!!

Long holds on deposits!Long lines in the lobby. Unresponsive to emails, long holds to get anyone on the phone.
