Feedback:

Great experience! Everyone was very helpful!

Feedback:

Atlantic Toyota is the dealer to dealing with. I’m 100% Satisfied with the service from Lina Santana the sales representative, Hernan, and AZ Mercado from management. I went to Toyota Westbury before and didn’t work any kind of deal with me. I came to Atlantic Toyota and those guys didn’t let me go without taking their car. I’m so happy with the results and the professionalisms from this dealer. Any one that is looking for a good deal and service, it’s only one place to go to. ATLANTIC TOYOTA IN LONG ISLAND NY!!!!

Feedback:

Worst service maintenance in all of Long Island, I waited 5 hours for a simple multi point check on my car, I don’t care if it’s free service, I waited 5 HOURS, if I knew this was gonna take this long I would have gone to a mechanic and paid to save my time.

Feedback:

They don’t need customers...Brought a Lexus in for oil change, wait like 30 mins and receive an answer that they can’t do oil change for Lexus and suggest that I’ll have to bring the Lexus car the to Lexus dealer for oil change and if he changes oil for my Lexus his boss gonna yell at him.So I brought that Lexus to Huntington Toyota and notice that they provide much faster service and don’t discriminate what car I bring. Tomorrow I’ll bring the Avalon that I often bring to Atlantic Toyota to Huntington Toyota, as they also promise to give me competitive price.I might miss the mint tea in Atlantic but they also have a self-service coffee bar in Huntington.

Feedback:

So... I bought a new vehicle at Atlantic a few days ago. Salesperson was recommended by a good friend. Her (salesperson's) name is Natesha and she was very cool and helpful. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I pretty much made every mistake a person possibly could. I can't blame anybody but myself. I was excited and naive. The salespeople work on commission. It's how they feed their families and I don't begrudge anyone that. I just didn't take my time, didn't do any real research, didn't know what the heck I was doing at all. Since you are reading this review I have to assume you are doing some research yourself. To that end here is my advice for car shoppers, especially first time buyers...Take your time, use a calculator, shop around for your financing before you go to the dealer, then see if the dealership can offer better terms. Know the list price of the vehicle you are interested in before you enter the dealership. There are loads of videos on YouTube that explain how these transactions should go, and can go. Watch them all before you go to the dealership. The people at Atlantic were nice. I can't imagine that my experience would have been much different anywhere else under the same circumstances. The two things I took away from my experience were a dope new car, and a valuable lesson for next time. Life is good.

Feedback:

I purchased a car from AZ at this dealership in December of 2018. I was told by my salesperson there was no spare key (supposed to get two with the car) and that he will take care of it the following week. Here I am in July and I get a text that says my key is here and come get it at my convenience. Went there once, no one knew what I was talking about so today I call and they want to charge me for a key. My salesman doesn't call back, I have to call and now getting the run around again. Mind you I bought the car in DEC. Not a happy customer at all. This is the 2nd car I purchased from them. Never again. Here is an update,... the manage doesn't know how to help me and I should just show up and deal with it in person? Wow... another update, because I needed the parts dept. I did not have the apt. My rep said 2.5 hours , its 1 hour to program a remote. Dont know if it's TRUE but.. they never programmed the key anyway and now I have to go back...again. I should of never left the dealership this am. My fault for not catching that bs sooner!

I went there to buy a car for $9000.00 wanted to pay $4000.00 and finance the rest. When went to pay my auto loan it was $10750.00 when I went back and ask what happened to my $4000.00 that went to fees with a smile I was never told that there would be astronomical fees. I would have never bought the car. So for a car that was supposed to be $ 9000.00 End up costing me $17000.00 This place should be shut down. I could have bought a new car. Also they couldn't give is the time of day when we returned. It was a horrible experience. And want to get this out to possibly someone else a terrible experience.

Feedback:

We came in to look at a used 2010 manual forester listed on the website for $9500. After the test drive our salesperson brought up the fine print of $695 and $1995. We thought, a little shady but the car was what we were looking for and they were willing to wave the $1995 fee. We come back again a few days later and brought the car to our family mechanic. The head gaskets in the engine were leaking, the flangels needed to be replaced, and the exhaust was corroded. We went back to discuss what they could do. They were surprised that the car had said defects... even though their service department had looked at it. It's a $1500-$2000 fix. Seemingly big oversight considering our mechanic said it had clearly been cleaned out to clear the leak.To us it seemed that got the car on a trade-in, cleaned the leak, and hoped it wouldn't be detected. We offered 8500 to start if they were willing to fix JUST the gaskets. The manager comes over and says he had no idea anything was wrong with the car so either he truly didn't know and the service department is incompetent, OR he did know and hoped to sell it to someone who didn't get the car re-inspected by a mechanic. Either way, it didn't look great for them. They said they would call us when they figured out what to do. A few days later, after receiving no call back from them, a new salesperson calls and asks if we'd like to come in for a test drive. We re-explain the entire situation. A day later he tells us they will not fix the car but that we should come in and work out a deal. We offered $7500 and he said he couldn't agree to that over the phone but that we should instead come in person (for the third time) and we could reach a deal. $11,460 is their final offer knowing full well it's more than the car is worth, with or without the serious defects. Overall, a frustrating waste of time. Beware of their shady business practices and clear lack of professionalism. Beware the service department as well... they were "unable" to detect the major issue that took our mechanic about ten minutes to find, and one minute to show my husband. I don't include the salespeople's names because I don't fully believe it's reflective of the individuals but is definitely reflective of the business as a whole.
