Feedback:

Got a letter in the mail, talked to representative MIKE KROWSKI for a around 45 minutes about an FHA loan refinance. Felt pressured for him to make the sale. Called back the next day to let him know of the change of heart and I'll be going a different direction. Mike IMMEDIATELY became IRATE and started yelling into the phone. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Feedback:

I too was sent a letter stating that I had new benefits available on my VA loan. I also contacted Veterans Affairs office and they confirmed it was a scam. Just trying to loan money. My mail box is full of similar mail pieces but none are misrepresenting the VA like this. SHAME on you for targeting our vets!

Feedback:

We are VERY happy with mortgage services provided by our advisor, Casey, at Allied First. We had a less-than-perfect financial history, and some significant extenuating circumstances. Casey listened, understood, and worked with us over several months to ensure we could purchase the house that we needed. We wouldn't have a home now if it weren't for Allied First treating us like people, rather than just credit score numbers in a computer. Thank you!!

Feedback:

This bank has been so good to me. Everyone knows me by name ,and feels like a friend, if not part of the family. They genuinely care about people and when our business had a fire they went out of their way, over and above expectations, to help us get our accounts in order. I HIGHLY recommend Allied First Bank

Feedback:

Incredibly frustrating banking experience. I currently have several accounts open with them, including two business accounts. I want to have my personal accounts available as an online statement instead of being mailed to me, but I still want the business accounts to be mailed. It's either all or nothing, because it's apparently 1999 and the internet is new. I also updated my address over two years ago by filling out their change of address form. For most of those two years, my address was changed on my statements, but not for the billing address on our debit cards. Then, somehow, the address reverted back to the old address. I came in to discuss and had the misfortune of dealing with the personal banker named Megan. She was incredibly rude & condescending. She rolled her eyes at me when I expressed my frustration over my statements and the address being wrong. This was on October 31. It is now December 8. We still haven't reached a solution for my statements. I'm not receiving them by mail OR digitally. We're in the middle of buying a house and we can't even provide the required documentation because of their incompetence. To make matters worse, our debit cards are expired (end of October) and we still don't have new ones. Our money is essentially being held hostage. We can't wait to close our accounts and kick the dust off our shoes. Awful customer service all the way around.

Feedback:

Every time I deal with this bank it's always a headache the atm said my pin was wrong I've had the same pin for years so I called the 800 number after being on hold forever I get through to a guy who after explaining the situation to him he said that would be the debit people and they aren't here and now I'm locked out of my account useless I'll be closing my account tomorrow morning

Feedback:

This company deserves a negative rating. They are sending deceptive and predatory solictations to not only veterans, but senior citizens! SHAME ON YOU!!! The solicitations are designed to look "official" but are mere trickery to lure unsuspecting people in. Nowhere on the soliciation does it say they are offering a mortgage loan, only that "you may access your Equity Reserves". I wonder how many they have duped into a less favorable situation? They NEED TO BE STOPPED! This is dispicable!!

Feedback:

Sent a letter stating that I had new benefits available on my VA loan. Veterans Affairs office confirmed it was a scam. Targeting veterans is always a classy move. **Update** I have now received 6 identical letters in the course of a few weeks and can consistently look forward to one every Thursday.

Feedback:

Scamming veterans, I get a letter ever day from these people. It's getting old.

Feedback:

For months now they have sent us letters, sometimes as many as four in a week, advertising that we switch our mortgage over to them. At first I just threw the letters away but then we were getting so many it was ridiculous. So I called and spoke to them. I asked them nicely to remove us from their mailing list. I was told they would. That was over a month ago. As of today we are STILL getting 2 to 4 letters a week but now we are getting them from other banks and companies as well as ones from Allied First so my mail box is flooded with offers we don't want. I can't return to sender on any of them because neither Allied First nor these other companies can be bothered to put a return address on their envelopes.
