Feedback:

Awesome car rental agency it's where my family is done business for the last 3 years the people that work there very nice and courteous the office is clean they're always prompt and have my vehicle ready for me I would highly recommend Alamo car rental

Feedback:

They did not tell us everything we needed over the phone. Went in person took 2 hours of horrible customer service and lack of care and still could not get anything done. They even turned down others because they didn't have everything. Unprofessional staff and needs to be more specific when it comes to bringing documents

Feedback:

I attempted to rent a car only for the customer service to be less than mediocre. The younger black guy who worked on 8/13/17 at 11:00 am seemed to be having a bad day or maybe he needs to find somewhere else to work.

Feedback:

The worst no cars avaiable even when you make reservations

Feedback:

I rented a car in December 2016 and got a larger sized one than what I reserved since there were no smaller cars available. I wasn't charged for the larger car and receiving it was easy. The lady was late arriving the morning I came to get the car which was a negative but she apologized and was very friendly. The only downfall is they tried to charge me an extra day by saying I didn't return the car until the 2nd of January when I requested to have it until New Years Eve; they closed early that day. I returned the vehicle at night on New Years Eve as requested but since they were already closed and also closed on New Years Day, they were unable to verify the return of the vehicle until the 2nd of January and charged me extra. I thought it was absurd for them to charge me an additional day when they didn't know if the car had been returned on time or not. They could've checked the store cameras since I purposely parked by the door or asked for proof since I was smart enough to take pictures and a video once I returned the car. I called customer service and they resolved the issue immediately.

Feedback:

I reserved a SUV back in February 2017, I again modified the reservation I think in May or early June, it may have been closer to the date in question which was June 30, 2017 (my actual pick up date)June 29th I received a call from some girl whom I don't remember her name, but it damn sure wasn't Desiree because I asked.. The lady told me she saw I changed from a SUV to a car and was that what I wanted? I informed her that yes the car is what I decided upon because there was only 2 ppl going instead of the 4 I had planned for back in February.... She said she'd have the car ready for my noon pick up on June 30th which by the way was the next day.. I arrive and there's two guys, one I have NEVER seen and the other was Stuart who has the absolute WORST customer service skills I've EVER seen, as well as attitude.. I've been renting from his Alamo since they opened and this has to be the WORST of the WORST! Not only did they not have my car that the lying woman said would be there but their attitude about NOT having it was very UNPROFESSIONAL! I walked out the door saying loud enough for them to hear me,"These are the most IGNORANT ASS MF PEOPLE I've EVER seen in customer services."And I meant it! The lady wasn't there she went to lunch! So you couldn't ask those two dummies any questions because they were too rude and one was arguing with a woman about giving her a smaller car than what she wanted!Jaimie isn't the manager any longer and without Desiree on board (if she still works there), I was w/o a car that was reserved back In February!!! How stupid can one be to say the day before that the car will be there and then at pickup time it isn't... I took my business back to Enterprise and Alamo will NEVER get ANY business from me EVER again! In the future Stuart, the other wild hair little boy, the young lady that called and lied to me and whoever manages this place, if you don't have the vehicle one ask for you're supposed to accommodate them still with the next one up for the same price, we are the reason how why you get your bills paid! The customers! Lose your ugly attitudes and be more aware of how Customer Service is ran! The only reason they got one star is because you can't leave it blank! People spend your money someplace else this ALAMO that used to be good has now fallen to the gutter!!!! Wanda McGee

Feedback:

During the holidays it is the worst time to try and rent a car..they never have cars available. Reason for 4 stars is because of Stewart...he is amazing and will go above and beyond to correct the situation. Once you get a car the cars are nice and well kept.

Feedback:

They lied about having a rental and told us to come back in a hour. The new guy that is working is asking customers where they are traveling so he know which car to give them (That's not his business ) Called corporate to complain but never got a follow up call. This place will ruin any travel plans you have.

Feedback:

At first everything seemed great, but at the end of our rental contract they double charged our bank card and would not discuss the situation, only throw out threats about if we go to our bank about it

Feedback:

First of all, I get there and the girl who works there was sitting at the counter smacking on her food (so unprofessional); she was so ghetto and didn't even bother to take her food to the break room or somewhere out of customer view. Then, they didn't even have an intermediate car, like I booked. They told me they couldn't get in touch with me via phone for some reason, but I'm sure they had my e-mail address. So they tried to offer me a minivan...why the heck would I want a minivan if I booked an intermediate vehicle? I politely declined. I asked "Do you have anything else?" They said they had a mini SUV. The salesclerk said he'd charge the same price for the inconvenience. That was nice of him, but why the heck was the vehicle not ready? I had to wait about 20 mins for them to prepare the car. I thought the rental vehicles should already be ready to go; not make the customer wait while they wash and vacuum it. Once a customer returns a car, the company should already be cleaning and prepping it for a potential next rental. And they gave me the car 3/4 full, but the clerk said I could return it on a 1/4 tank. Fine. So I finally got out of there. When I returned it, they were trying to charge me for the missing gas AND the vehicle upgrade fee. Um...no. I explained that my salesclerk said I could return the car on a quarter tank so they shouldn't charge me for gas; furthermore, the clerk offered me the upgraded vehicle because they didn't have what I wanted available and didn't tell me til I got there, so I shouldn't be made to pay for the upgrade. They took those two things off of my bill so it worked out. But I was not happy that I even had to spend extra time there for them to prepare the car and for them to fix my bill. The guys who helped me were really nice but I won't be going back.
