Hi, people please avoid this terrible gheto place..!!! THIS IS MY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN THE US! I come from the Europe and my boyfriend came to visit me. We do not use any credit cards or credit checks(it is not so common in the Europe) so we had just this option to rent a car because there didnt request any CC. But if I know what happend I would never rent a car there!!!! At first, the car was really wreck, smelt like a weed (my all clothes, skin everything smelt like a weed after I came to the car) the control lights (flat tire and check engine) were flashing on from the beginning. Secondly:The owner (by the way, rude arrogant stinker who didnt treat me well because I am not a native speaker and I am a woman.. He took an advantage of situation..) kept deposit 250 dollars, after I came to return the car he didnt want to return my refund because we went to the another state and he tried to persuade me that he will pay 150 dollar for the tolls. By the way we didnt use any paid roads and he was lying that he got a bill for tolls/he could not prove that he got it because he sent it somewhere. (just for information on the way to the New Orleans there arent any tolls and we turned it off on my GPS setting so I am pretty sure that we didnt use and road with the tolls).I wish to give him zero. Or minus star. People look at another review.. He messes with another people and steals money.. This is totally unnaceptable and innapropriate!! I am not gonna give up I will fight for my money!!! I believe in Justice and in karma. Man you will get what you deserve it.
