Overall Feedback:
Such a crooked scam artist owner. First, he rented me a grey Nissan altima with no passenger seat, I didnt notice it at first, but the next day I went to go exchange the car and was denied a different car. I was told that there are no refunds so I needed to continue to rent the car for the duration of the contract which was for a week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because they returned my deposit in cash that day and wanted to give me a discount for the my next rental. Well, when I went to rent another vehicle, which was a Toyota Corolla, there were damages to the bumper that was zip tied on, the driver rear hubcap was zip tied on and there were multiple malfunctions appearing on the dash, when I seen that I declined wanting to rent the car, but was told "Well we already charged your card, so you must rent the car." In complete confusion as to what I was hearing, i left the location, and disputed the charge with the bank, which was $630 for a 1 week rental mind you. I will be filing a claim in court against these thieves, reporting them to the BBB and sending an inspector to their place of business, which is no larger than a solitary confinement cell, and completely falling apart with roof leaks and visible mold. So unbelievable
