This business is not legit it's not on the BBB and I will be going to smalls claims court. I will be reaching out to everyone who put a 1 or less review with the same bad experience. The Toyota Corolla was very dirty and smell very bad. Maintenance light as on and the low tire pressure. Had to get a jump because the battery went dead one morning on the way to work. The rental agreement was $57 daily went over the rental day and he giving a verbal of $80 when it's not in the agreement. He decides to shut the car off and not calling as a professional business owner to inform me that we need to do a new agreement for additional days with the fees. I will be contacting ABC Action News and going to court. People work to hard to be giving money away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BIG RIP OFF.

Worst place to rent a car. Very dirty, and cars smell bad. Overpriced and CARS WILL BREAK DOWN ON YOU. Go to Enterprise or elsewhere DO NOT GO HERE....

I'm really pissed off I rented this car that I have Saturday until Monday but since they are closed I can't return it, it's a Toyota Corolla 2017 no remote to lock doors I have to manually lock every door that's ok though but it's says maintenance require car is shaking but deal breaker is it smells like cigarettes and I have two kids with Asthma which I keep from them getting in this car but the car is dirty and stained up but they have a sign saying if you bring it back dirty or smoke in it you will be fined

Not good experience then $1000 later 2 weeks then got locked out of car he shut it down through GPS thinking I was someone else so I had to catch cab home then he gave me a extra day but still consider me late for bringing car back don't recommend anyone to go

Hi, people please avoid this terrible gheto place..!!! THIS IS MY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN THE US! I come from the Europe and my boyfriend came to visit me. We do not use any credit cards or credit checks(it is not so common in the Europe) so we had just this option to rent a car because there didnt request any CC. But if I know what happend I would never rent a car there!!!! At first, the car was really wreck, smelt like a weed (my all clothes, skin everything smelt like a weed after I came to the car) the control lights (flat tire and check engine) were flashing on from the beginning. Secondly:The owner (by the way, rude arrogant stinker who didnt treat me well because I am not a native speaker and I am a woman.. He took an advantage of situation..) kept deposit 250 dollars, after I came to return the car he didnt want to return my refund because we went to the another state and he tried to persuade me that he will pay 150 dollar for the tolls. By the way we didnt use any paid roads and he was lying that he got a bill for tolls/he could not prove that he got it because he sent it somewhere. (just for information on the way to the New Orleans there arent any tolls and we turned it off on my GPS setting so I am pretty sure that we didnt use and road with the tolls).I wish to give him zero. Or minus star. People look at another review.. He messes with another people and steals money.. This is totally unnaceptable and innapropriate!! I am not gonna give up I will fight for my money!!! I believe in Justice and in karma. Man you will get what you deserve it.
