Feedback:

We love our new pool! Thanks Zodiac for all that you do. It was a great experience all around. I Highly recommend them!

Feedback:

I am a manager with AquaKids Swim School. Zodiac Pools built our newest location in McKinney, TX and did a great job. There were hiccups along the way but they always made it right for us. We opened in March 2018 and there was some equipment failure over the last month. Zodiac was very speedy in helping to contact the proper people to come out for repairs. The pools are beautiful and our customers are very happy. Thank you, Zodiac.

Feedback:

I have done fence work for Zodiac Pools for a few years. And I have found them to be an excellent company for contractors. I would highly recommend them to a friend or relative.

Feedback:

The road to building my dream pool has been a long one due to all the rain this year, but Zodiac traveled that road patiently beside me the whole way and once it finally dried up – they were on the ball to get everything done so we could enjoy some pool time this summer! I am forever grateful to them, as I know they were persistent in making that happen. Everyone on their team is amazing and I can’t say enough about Dana, who communicated with me throughout the entire process. And the pool? It’s GORGEOUS!!! I would highly recommend using this company for your pool needs!

Feedback:

Absolute great company. Friendly staff when I called and quick service. As we pool owners know, when the pump starts acting up in the summer, it doesn't take long until your pool is green. I called and explained what was going on, Brian and his team were there that evening and got me all taken care of! Will us them for all my pool needs. You guys keep up the great work!

Feedback:

Warning, they misrepresent and struggle to service a pool.Normally, I would just let this go and move on. However, when you learn that someone lies to you it deserves sharing our experience so others may avoid such an experience. This was going to be our first house with a pool. It was exciting for us. When we purchased our house, the previous home owners provided us their pool service company. We contacted Zodiac and scheduled a meeting for them to walk us through the pool equipment of which they charged us for this meeting. (Later, we found out that most pool service companies do not charge for this service.) We were also informed by the service manager of Zodiac Pools that they built our pool. We thought how cool that we could work with the folks that installed our pool. It was shared that Zodiac Pools started in South Lake, TX and then moved up to Sanger, TX. They said that they could provide the paperwork for our pool if needed, but it might take some time to find it. We had been using their pool service for about a year with several call backs ranging from not removing the debris in the bag on the pooler cleaner, not cleaning the algae build up, to adding salt versus chlorine tablets. We documented that we asked 4 times for the normal service guy cleaning our pool to add salt and not just chlorine tablets. His excuse was that Zodiac Pools ran out of salt and they will get us on the next weekly visit. Eventually, we ended up having a salt water pool that smelled and tasted like a chlorine pool. I was getting sick of this lack of attention to detail and basic service. Finally, we had experienced our pool flooding a couple times during the heavy rains. We asked Zodiac how they originally installed the drainage to see if it was adequate to handle the heavy rains for both the pool and around the pool. Zodiac said it would look for the paperwork and finally said they could not find the paperwork about our pool and blamed it on their move from South Lake, TX to Sanger, TX. So I decided to research our pool a little more. And, I am glad I did. I went to our water district office that reviewed and approved the permit to build our pool. We learned that Zodiac did not build our pool. Zodiac did not even subcontract the company listed on the permit. Yes, I called Zodiac and the construction company listed on the permit directly. Since then, we no longer do business with Zodiac.
