I've always had an awesome experience with Zions. I've been going here since the location opened, my account was opened when I was a toddler and I have always loved these branch reps. I love the credit card rewards.

Very kind and helped me with everything that I needed in a timely manner! They are always helpful every time I go.

Horribly managed branch. Not customer centric at all. Constantly forwards their phones to the main customer service center so you can never get in touch with them. They are cold, sometimes even rude to their customers, and not very helpful at all. They never follow up when they say they will regarding banking business they are supposedly working on for you. They won't go the extra mile for their customers. Ever. So don't expect anything spectacular from them. Somebody at corporate needs to retool this branch because it is not what you want to represent to bank customers.

Rude staff, the person that was suppose to “help” me... I think entertains herself by purposely not being a helpful person! She’ll rudely tell you to go to your own bank and shrug her shoulders and when she sees your frustrated and walk away she’ll openly laugh at you as soon your out the doors! Never go to this branch!

Went in the day after Christmas to open an account for my kid and the teller was so unhelpful. We had a bag of change and she literally handed us the currency tray and told us to go sit in the lobby and count it. They were not busy at all and she didn’t offer to help us. The manager that opened the account for my son was unfriendly and cold. Very unimpressed with this branch!

All my informa was placed in their system incorrect , I tried to bank online and I was blocked for incorrect password, when I find that hard to Believe knowing , and having used this many many MANY times . Turns out they can’t even confirm my phone number , let alone have a sociol number I don’t even know? Now tell me , if I do have to go in to a branch can they even help me ? Why have a costumer service number when help wasn’t offered? UGGGGGHHHH I’m moving banks for sure , y’all suck, ignorant, and need to hire folks that’s can type in information correctly . I can go on, but choose not to and move on to another bank. I’m dreadfully disappointed in Zions bank, and will not recommend y’all, not even to the devil him self

The teller was rude and insulting because I had simple questions about my savings account. Questions about my heloc would need a manager but after waiting for 20 min I just left.

I have banked at this branch since it opened. There were times in the past where management was not up to par. This is no longer the case. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the new manager is great. Emma is my favorite. She always has a smile and calls many customers by their first names.
