Feedback:

I've been with Zions for about 10 years. It started great--I got wonderful response and was pleased with the products and service. But recently the service has dropped dramatically. Try calling the general help number and you will get someone who is trying first to get you off the phone (try this or go into the branch and solve it) not help solve your problem. I've sadly had that happen multiple times.It's not the proud local bank it used to be. I'm really disappointed.

What a great experience and because of that they have my money! We are from out of town and needed to open a local bank account. We were immediately greeted by a manager and taken care of. Super knowledgable about what products we needed and willing to take the time to set up our accounts the right way. Funny, we sat in a local credit union 1 hour before this experience and were completely ignored for 20 minutes. So glade we walked out and went to Zion Bank. Thank you and we look forward to working with you.

This location I have been going to since I was a kid, and they always seem to be on top of things and are so helpful and nice whenever I come in. One of the employees Madison, she has helped me out the most this past year and she has been fantastic. She always has a great attitude, always so friendly and it makes up for a fantastic experience. I hope to always continue coming to this one because I have always had a good experience.

Very helpful staff, we went in to start a loan and thought everything went smooth and was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.

They take forever to answer questions, they aren't very good with costumer service and everytime I have a problem I have to go in cause they always take 2x longer on the phone.
