What a nightmare!! If I could give them a negative five star rating, I would. Their rep looked at my statements from my previous processor and assured me I would save between $800 to $900 per month. When I got my first statement from Yoozy, I was charged about $200 more than I had been paying. I complained about it for almost a year and was told the owner is sick, but as soon as she gets back she will make this right. I finally got a partial refund for my overcharges, but not the full amount. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. This happened about four years ago - I can't believe they are still in business.
