What a nightmare!! If I could give them a negative five star rating, I would. Their rep looked at my statements from my previous processor and assured me I would save between $800 to $900 per month. When I got my first statement from Yoozy, I was charged about $200 more than I had been paying. I complained about it for almost a year and was told the owner is sick, but as soon as she gets back she will make this right. I finally got a partial refund for my overcharges, but not the full amount. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. This happened about four years ago - I can't believe they are still in business.

Really wish I would've come to look at the reviews! They'll tell you anything and boast about their customer service! Complete garbage of a company. I am beyond angry at the lack of help I've been shown by this company.

I'm giving them a 1 star bc I have too. Pushy sales people Lied about the fees made and stated that yoozy was cheaper than square the device and merchant services, that's not true Nasty customer service, if they even pick up their phones. I called one particular 888 number my husband left a voice mail 3 almost 4 weeks ago and we never got a call back. I had cancelled my service before it even started and I was still shipped their device, 3 months later I'm still dealing with their charges and fees, keep in mind I never even open the box their devices came in. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

We have been Yoozy for our businesses since 2015 and have found their, rates and most crucially, their customer service to be outstanding. Despite being approached by numerous other CC processing companies, we have never contemplated leaving. Highly recommend.

I switched to Yoozy a year ago today, was having issues and getting charged WAY more than I was supposed to. I would have never known this if I hadn’t set up my initial consultation with them. They’re incredible, customer service is impeccable and most important. THEY’RE HONEST!
