Feedback:

My tenant owns an account and uses direct deposit, through this bank, to pay monthly rent. Each month I have to call my tenant to inform them that the deposit wasn't received. Each month, my tenant has to call this bank to remind them to make the deposit. We're not talking the usual three day delay. This is a week or two after the scheduled deposit. This month, after I called the tenant to tell her the deposit wasn't made, they called the bank to remind them of their responsibility, and the bank ended up giving me double the amount. This is just weird because now I have two separate deposits and a strange withdrawal on my statement.
