Pompous counter help, and the branch manager is about as absolutely unprofessional as you can get. They treat you worse than a bank does, and act like you should be lucky let you have access to money instead of that fact that it is YOUR money. Will be getting a lawyer due to deceptive and completely illegal practices. Avoid at all costs and get a real credit union.
