Client Review on Wescom Credit Union

This is my "home" branch of Wescom. It's where I opened my account, and where I do the majority of my in-person banking. Overall, I'm very pleased with Wescom, and find this branch, in particular, convenient, pleasing, and nicer than the rest. The only issues I've had with Wescom are related to customer service over-the-phone (it seems like Wescom service agents are perpetually overextended, resulting in long wait times) and online chat (the agents are more readily accessible than over the phone, but they often don't have the authorization to conduct more involved services, meaning I end up having to call and wait anyway). Over the course all of my face-to-face interactions with Wescom staff (most of them occurring at this branch), I've found Wescom employees to be consistently and exceedingly helpful, professional, and polite. After having visited several other Wescom branches over the years, I can unequivocally say that the Pasadena branch is superior to the rest in ways both practical (super easy parking, short waiting times, number of on-duty tellers) and abstract (a hushed atmosphere, plenty of space/open design plan, the calming sound of trickling water when entering and exiting). This branch and its staff make a typically mundane task just about as pleasant as it can be.
