Feedback:

Working with Watson has been a pleasure. They have taken great care of us for filing both our business and personal taxes. Their process makes things simple, easy and organized.

Feedback:

They set up an S Corp for me and provided a conference call regarding the details. I have made several calls since then with various questions and they have always been very willing to help. I would recommend their services.

Feedback:

If you are in need of a qualified CPA firm for tax planning and preparation, I highly recommend The Watson Group. Over the last couple of years, they have helped me save thousands of dollars in taxes with my business through proper tax planning. They are qualified, informative, timely, reasonably priced, and have a great sense of humor. I am so glad I found them!

Feedback:

I highly endorse Watson CPA Group. I worked with Sally to explore what business entity to pursue. Sally was very constructive and knowledgeable. She gave me pros and cons of the options with sound reasons. Their website is excellent with many useful tips. Pricing of their services are very reasonable. It was very beneficial for me as I consider starting a small business.

Feedback:

The Watson CPA Group is doing OUTSTANDING work for our small business. We previously worked with a different accountant who was sorely lacking. Watson CPA Group helped us clean up the mess and we couldn't be happier. We can't recommend Watson CPA Group enough!

Feedback:

Highly recommended. Watson CPA group are very professional and knowledgeable.

Feedback:

After reading so much helpful knowledge on Watson CPAs website, I thought these guys are the ones to talk to. So I called up and scheduled a consultation, paid the $150 fee in advance, filled out the worksheet, and provided background via email. Upon the start of the phone call, I was told that since I was in Tennessee, there wasn't anything they could do. The EA on the call had not read the notes in advance and was unprepared. When asked questions about other approaches, I was told there weren't any. All of this in less than 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund, they refused saying they DID provide advice. I disagree: charging me to tell me you can't help me is not advice and has zero value to me. It may have cost the Watson CPAs their time, but they should at least refund the fee if they outright tell you they can't (or won't) help you.And by the way, the refund was only 50%. I thought about pulling the review but I think it's fair for others to know what to expect if they happen to be in Tennessee. At least the website has useful stuff.

Feedback:

The Watson CPA Group is not our first accountant but they are definitely our last. Their complete grasp of the US tax system and their ability to explain it in laments terms is refreshing. I would wholeheartedly recommend them! Plus their sense of humor is great (you will understand when you start receiving their emails).

Feedback:

I am new to the Watson CPA Group, but they have been an incredible resource. Their team is well versed in all areas of accounting and finance. The account setup process has been thorough and professional. I am very impressed with the systems and security they have in place. Everyone I've spoken to has been kind, knowledgeable and willing to work around my schedule. They have been patient, answered all of my questions and taken the time to help me understand concepts I was unfamiliar with. I very much look forward to a long business relationship with this wonderful group of people.

Feedback:

Disappointed! I contacted the Watson Group to inquire about the specific services they offer and associated costs to provide my husband and I some business and personal tax advice. After two brief phone conversations leaving me with not enough information, I was emailed a request to set-up a 40 min consultation where $150 payment was required to schedule. I asked what the purpose of the meeting was and was told the purpose of the consultation is to discuss any questions or go over any information I had to determine which services best fit my needs. In hindsight this was a red flag and I should not have agreed to this consultation. Who charges money for the privilege of learning more about a business? What happened was the CPA came to the meeting prepared to dish out advice.....and I’m just trying to understand how they could help us if we were a client. After a 40 min chat I did learn that their business model and costs were not a good fit for us. I asked for a refund of the $150 and was denied. The $150 can only be applied towards future business services. Since we will not be using their services and I was denied a refund, I suggested that the $150 be credited towards another client who could use some financial help. I was told thanks for my generosity, but they would not be doing that. Wow. Big time miscommunication and not so great customer service.
