Very displeased with the service. If you’re renting please make sure you video record the vehicle before you drive off the premises as well as when you drop it off. We rented the snowmobile for one day and returned it early Sunday morning. To our surprise, not one employee was on the premises. We were instructed to leave the snowmobile unattended by the employee over the phone. Finally, they inspected the vehicle 24hrs after we dropped it off. We received a phone call telling us that the snowmobile was damaged. We are careful drivers and didn’t have an accident while the snowmobile was in our care. However, Noah told us she reviewed the camera footage and no one hit the snowmobile while unattended. Unfortunately, for us we had no proof that someone hit the vehicle while unattended nor did we had proof that the vehicle was undamaged upon arrival. So we had to take Noah’s “word” that it was our fault which resulted in a healthy fee. A pricey lesson learned. For future reference, please make sure you go over the vehicle with the customer the same day and time they drop off the vehicle. This will ensure they are aware of any damages before leaving the premises.
