Good credit union but they must only staff half a person on Saturdays. Sat in line for a half hour. There were only 4 cars in front of me.

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would! This place is a complete joke. I sent TWO payments to them on August 1st and the other on August 2nd for a total amount of 8,500.00. Well, low and behold they can't find them. This account is my parents and I am paying a big portion of it off. Kayla (CSR), Julie (account manager), and some douche named Jay, who claimed to be the CFO got on the phone and reprimanded me for "raising my voice" to his employees. REALLY? I guess you are supposed to he calm when their joke of a Credit Union can't find your checks? I have already spoke to the BBB and on Monday I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I do not even live anywhere near SagNasty, Michigan and I assure you my Bank here in St. Joseph, MI has been more than helpful to me and has provided me with the of the checks and the PO box they were mailed to. Mind you I have made payments in the past and they were sent to the same PO box in Philly!AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION AT ALL COST!! MY PARENTS HAVE BEEN MEMBERS THERE FOR 50 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS THERE!!!!!

I have never had to deal with so much paperwork and underlying issues with a bank in my life. Sure they have good interest rates, but they need to hire a new web developer to fix the complexity of navigating their website, they need to streamline their application/approval process/paperwork and all around make paying your bills easier before charging you more for late fees and fees for paying by phone? This is 2018, very few people mail in checks and paying by phone should be free LIKE EVERY OTHER BANK/CREDIT UNION.

Worst credit union or bank I've ever been to. Everytime there is an problem,even after doing what their experts say. I had better experiences with Chase, and that's saying a lot. Run away from them, they reported my card as lost when I never reported it as lost. I'm so frustrated with this bank

ABSOLUTELY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! If you like dealing with head ache after head ache this is the bank for you...If you like a bank that's well run, makes sense with how they operate and doesn't rip you off and stick false fees on you then go with any other bank besides this poor excuse for a bank. They don't even have the ability to post payments electronically they literally bring all there paperwork and money by hand to the main office 80 miles away. The most unorganized shady bank I've ever done business with STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!
