I just left Walter Baumen Jewelry and had the one of the best shopping experiences I've had at any jewelry store. Due to my job I'm always in a rush so I really appreciate when I get a knowledgeable and efficient sales person. Dan Miller was exactly that. I asked for an opinion on a chain for my pendant and within 30 minutes I had purchased a beautiful chain for a great price and had my existing chain cleaned for me. This is a great example of true customer service. He knew what I would like, was helpful and knowledgeable in his suggestions, helpful in pricing and went above and beyond by offering to clean my other chain all while having friendly banter. This is a true gentlemen and excellent salesperson.
