For Great and fast service I recommend heading on over and seeing Ryan for all your needs!

Feedback:

I dropped off a Ryobi power washer in March 2018 for warranty repair. It is now July 27, I called and it still is not fixed after many calls, delays and promises. Unfortunately the warranty expired while it sat at the shop. Unacceptable.

Feedback:

This place is the last place you'd want to go for service. Rude, unprofessional and watched me load my broken machine on a trailer by myself and leaving brought joy to their faces.....never ever again.

Feedback:

excellent support and service for Husqvarna Automowers, even for customers out of state!

Feedback:

Customer service is not a high priority here. If you want to have pointless arguments about the services provided by this company, this is the place to go. If you want to be treated with common courtesy and respect, I really think you should try elsewhere.

Feedback:

Excellent and affordable service. They were very helpful with my ryobi warranty and repairing my saw quickly

Feedback:

This store is suppose to take care of warranties for Sears. I had taken a lawn mower into the store to be repaired for a broken self propeller. I gave the customer service lady my secondary phone number on my Sears account. Sears was unable to find the information on my warranty. I called the store three weeks after leaving my mower for repairs to find out what was going on and the owner stated Sears could not find my information. He stated that I needed to send my information through email to Sears and they would get in touch with them (Smiithers). After 4 weeks I call back to Smithers and they stated that Sears could not find my warranty and I would need to bring proof. I went to the Sears store to ask them to retrieve my information and they were able to find the warranty. I took the warranty to Smithers and they stated I needed to email to Sears. I emailed the warranty to Sears and never herd back from anyone. 8 weeks had gone by so I called Smithers again they assured me that my lawn mower would be complete the following week. However I never received a phone call. 9 weeks I called back the owner got on the phone I asked him what kind of business neglects to call people the way they do. The owner stated it was not his responsibility but Sears to call me. And from that point I knew that this was not a company I should do business with. Message to Mr. Smithers, just to show good moral and business conduct it should have been your duty to call and give me an update on my mower that you had in your possession for 3 months, I don't care what the excuse was. Please consider calling your customers that choose to still utilize your services if there will be a delay from your stated time frame. Sears decided to trash the mower, do to the wait I experienced and gave me a new one.
