I have had the opportunity to work with vinSuite for over 5 years now in the wine industry. They have worked hard to create a seamless hospitality point of sale for our tasting room as well as integrating with other reservation & email service apps. Their customer support team is always very helpful and assist you in a very timely manner. If you are looking for a new point of sale system for your winery, don't look past vinSuite!

I am developer on a customer side working with eWinery Solutions for over 5 years. While the platform has a few areas where it may be improved, I am almost amazed how robust the back end is. The platform itself using the old school development cycle: scope-implement-test-deploy as an opposite to the modern pattern 'concept-to-production'. The API is robust and reliable allowing customers build on top of the out-of-the-box functionality outside of the platform.It may be challenging to understand all the great benefits of the application if you don't have experienced developer on your team, but if you do, this is one of the best eCom solution for wine industry.

I wish I could give negative stars. We have had this "service" for almost 2 years and all of the functions that we were sold on have never worked properly. I am now finding out that our POS system is not "talking to" our vinSuite system (as I would told it would) regarding updating inventory sold/promo'd in the POS and we have to manually update inventory every single day in vinSuite because of this - vinSuite did not have the professional courtesy to let anyone know about this problem (we keep strict inventory and found out this way, we were told by their customer service techs that it has been ongoing for a while) and I was just told there is no ETA on a resolution. There are still other on-going problems that there are no ETAs on a resolution, but I still have to pay full price for the service (and the services we are not getting). Find another winery software company or you'll be duped like we have been.
