Feedback:

Tory Tuttle and Nani Serrao were by far the most caring and on-point representatives of the Veteran's United team. They both went above and beyond any possible expectations we had, made everything very easy to understand from start to finish. We are very greatful to them and everyone who was a part of this process!

Feedback:

Lenni was an absolute joy to work with from Day 1 of our home buying process. She provided critical expertise on the local area and worked with the entire team to ensure a timely close on our condo. While I was geographically separated and waiting on my PCS, Lenni really made it feel like I was there in person and was very quick to answer any and every question that came her way. Thanks again Lenni and look forward to working with you in the future!

Feedback:

Great people and helped us with our dreams

Feedback:

I'm so grateful and appreciative that I had Tory Tuttle to assist in realizing my dream of relocating to Hawaii (from Southern California).Tory took care of the preliminary loan qualification process leading to the finalized loan, while I worked with my realtor, in search of our home on the Big Island. It took over a year of online planning and research. Now that we're a day away from getting our keys, Tory continues to be a great source of information and in providing answers to additional questions.I look forward to continued interaction with Tory and highly recommend her to anyone thinking about purchasing a home. She remains professional, friendly, very informative and always willing to assist...she answered my questions even after working hours.I value her presence in this process.Mahalo!!Manrolino (Roland) de Leon

Feedback:

VU made my home buying experience as stress free as possible. From first contact to closing they we with me every step of the way. I heard all the horror stories of first time buying, but with videos, and assistance from the VU team the process for me was simple. From first contact to loan approval, after choosing a residence it took less than 90 days! Thanks to The VU Team!

Feedback:

Awful. Save money and shop around. Found a lower rate and asked to see if these people would match it (melody Remular). And they could not. They were 16 thousand dollars in closing costs over the price of the other lender, and our new rate was 3.3%, compared to veteran United best offer being 4.5% that we worked down to 3.9%. They were so nice until this point where I wanted to save 16 thousand dollars upfront and then who knows how much throughout the loan (math is hard). The appraisal was just about done and that day should have been uploaded. And I guess it’s kind of on me for giving them the time to screw us, but I told them we were going to take the better offer. She said that we had her blessing cause it would save us a lot of money in the long run, then said “don’t worry, no hard feelings”. Hung up. Instantly canceled our VA appraisal. Never thought that level of disrespect would be so blatant, but they did it. So we had to reactivate the appraisal. So it didn’t get uploaded until 25 days after the property was actually appraised. Contacted the Regions VA headquarters and they are baffled why they would ever do that for an active loan, cause the appraisal is designed to be transferable view the appraisal portal. The new lender was also confused, no one would say it straight but all pointed at a certain company and said they were doing some shady business with hurt feelings. So I am a long time Veterans United customer. My first home was purchased with them and I thought I would buy this one with them also. Turns out I’ll never buy through their business as a whole thanks to the level of integrity at this branch, and it’s representation of the company at a whole. Thanks for making the buying process so difficult for us. Regards. I see the response saying it is standard procedure to cancel all unneeded services that were not completed. But this is a very needed service (VA home appraisal) that she new was needed and said would not be canceled because it is 100% needed and able to be transferred to a new lender. Let alone the fact that it was already completed....... So the response doesn’t give me any new stand point. Still wrong for your company to try and do what you did. And I will steer people to a better option from now on. Oh and I contacted the email address to tell him more and easy found my account, then said basically “tough luck not much we can do about it but learn that we shouldn’t be trying to sabotage peoples home buying experience. Guess now we know”. So that’s a nice little touch. Really means a lot. Best of luck to anyone that tries them out. Shop around for rates, it saved me 16 grand and dropped my rate significantly to not use this company. Proceed with caution. Good luck

Me and my wife attended the seminar which gave us important informations about VA loan. We spoke and met with One of their loan officer and next thing you know we’re prequalified, went through the process and now we have a house. We came through some obstacles but the process went well due to the knowledge and expertise of our loan officer and the team. Our loan officer Michael Irvine always give us updates, always answer if we have questions, good communication and easy to work with. Thank you Michael and the team for making it happen.
