It's not like you can call the local number and get help with your accounts etc. You will almost always get patched into a squirrelly robotic maze and, if your lucky, eventually get to speak with an "agent" somewhere off in OZ. Their system is bound to bump you off once or twice - and they won't call you to follow up... so you have to start all over ... eventually when you get a human, it's someone else and you get to go through all the account verifs again and re-explain the thing you needed to talk with them about. FUNN!!!At least the reps are generally nice and try to be helpful. It's just the small-town bank thing doesn't exist for phone calls.
