DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!! I thought they had closed my account however instead of notifying me the allowed my account to be overdrawn. I NEVER received a statement and just sent my overdraw to collections RUINING MY CREDIT! NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! Worst banking experience I have ever had! SAVE YOUR CREDIT AND BANK ELSEWARE!!!

It's not like you can call the local number and get help with your accounts etc. You will almost always get patched into a squirrelly robotic maze and, if your lucky, eventually get to speak with an "agent" somewhere off in OZ. Their system is bound to bump you off once or twice - and they won't call you to follow up... so you have to start all over ... eventually when you get a human, it's someone else and you get to go through all the account verifs again and re-explain the thing you needed to talk with them about. FUNN!!!At least the reps are generally nice and try to be helpful. It's just the small-town bank thing doesn't exist for phone calls.

I've opened an account here before and just opened a new account and honestly have no issues with this bank. Super friendly Tellers and bankers and a gorgeous location with clean facilities. Banks aren't going to be happy if you overdraw your account obviously. But I've had many accounts with other banks and it's all the same when it comes to poor account management. Use your money as you have it and understand small banks cant answer the phone when they are busy with customers inside. This bank doesn't deserve some of these reviews at all.

I absolutely LOVE Vectra Bank! I have banked here for years and it's a bank where you can have a personal relationship with the bankers and tellers. When I walk in they use my first name and I can just pick up the phone and ask them to order checks, etc. and it's done. Talk about service! I highly recommend this bank.

Wow. Super disappointed with the associates inability to take responsibility for a mistake that inconvenienced me for nearly a month. It shouldn't be that hard to order a new debit card right? She failed to order it and then cancelled the old one requiring that i visit the branch to withdraw money in person....like I wanted to see them in person after how i was treated. Wish 0 stars was an option for this review.

Very frustrated -- have banked her for 8 years but ready to move because cannot call the local bank. Call local number and get dumped into 800 phone tree. Very frustrating. Love the local people -- wish you could actually talk to them.

Called the local WP number and was dropped to 1-800 automated number - yuck! Took 15 minutes just to see if they had safety deposit boxes in WP (Yes) - unfortunately, they didn't even know the prices! Ha what a waste of time.
