Client Review on Vantiv

Feedback:

After negotiating a new contract with Vantiv, our fees nearly doubled after signing. After over a dozen calls/emails for an explanation of why the fees had increased (and never getting a call back). We began looking at another provider. Before making the switch our new bookkeeper told vantiv that we were looking at other providers. The person she was speaking to said well I'll cancel your contract right now then. Two days later, as the owner (and only authorized agent) and without any knowledge of this transaction, I was called and informed that I owed the company $19,000 for breach of contract. I told them I wasn't even aware we had closed our account. Since then they have called me on a weekly basis, on my cellphone, usually at 7am. I now have a lawyer involved but I am thinking this has got class action lawsuit all over it.
