Overall Feedback:

Customer service for merchants has gone to hell in a handbasket. Wait times to get through to talk to anyone can be anywhere from 1 - 4 hours. One also can expect to be passed around a lot. There are other processors out there which I now have to consider because the service is so poor.

Beware! They lost a batch, and then ended up double charging all of my customers from that day. Took an entire month to finally resolve correctly. This is a horrendous merchant services company.

We have been using Vantiv for a couple of years now, and I must say that we like it. Everything is very user friendly, products are awesome, and the teams (fraud, disputes, client services) are so friendly and helpful.

My experience with vantiv until now has been rewarding, both online payment services as well as part of the security of it. As a company we have grown in terms of the development of payment processes, so in terms of the services provided, I can guarantee that, despite some inconveniences, we have been able to move forward and obtain excellent results.

We have been able to use vantiv services during the last 3 years and we have been able to progress and update our services abysmally, their services have been well matched apart from being able to optimize our processes in terms of online payments and customer services, the vantiv truth has been very helpful in terms of the internal development of our company.

We have been processing with Vantiv now Worldpay for eleven years. It has been a positive experience. The level of service and technology offered to compete in todays competitive market is exceptional. They offer a robust suite of fraud tools. We utilize their Fraud Consulting Desk. The fraud team has been very responsive with analyzing our data and provides recommendations to mitigate risk while minimizing valid transactions from being declined. Worldpay is using advanced methods such as predictive analytics to detect fraud quickly and reliably. This helps us keep our card losses low and allows us to offer a free checking account that rewards cardholders for usage. Our Relationship Manager and Business Partner are very proactive and help us every step of the way. It's a great partnership!

Our Financial Institution has been processing with Vantiv now Worldpay for many years. I just returned from the client conference, what a great experience! I feel very positive about the future direction of the company and the advancements they are making in the payments space.
