Feedback:

They sent out a software update that caused my terminal to go down. It even made my desktop application disappear so I couldn't try a new update. When I called to get help they put me on hold forever. Choose a different credit card processor if you want good customer service.

You guys lost our business. Its ridiculous how your customer service works. You guys want to charge us for a new chip reader over a freaking update on our register. Yeah I'm good. Worst service I have ever seen. Literally says tempered after we had a server update from AP dining.

A BUNCH OF CROOKS! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They bought my account from MONERIS and treated me like dirt even though I've never had a single charge back or complaint from a customer. They raised their fee's without prior notice or consent. When I cancelled their service they took a $250.00 ' early termination fee ' from my bank account which is utterly ridiculous as I had been with MONERIS for over 20 years and they did nothing but take over that account without my prior knowledge or consent. The terms and conditions ( and fee's, which they raised arbitrarily ) hadn't changed. Despite my numerous phone calls and letters they've not corrected what their own customer service representatives have acknowledged is their mistake in taking the $250.00 . I've had to place a STOP PAY order, at my expense, at my bank to prevent them continuing to take monthly charges EVEN AFTER they charged $250.00 for cancelling the service! Instead of returning my money they've given me a useless ' case number ', which is 06178901 . It's been weeks with no response. All communications have been initiated by me and it's been entirely futile.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY DO NOT CONSIDER THIS CARD PROCESSOR.The worst card processor ever. These company will lie through their teeth. We are a fast food restaurant in the Park meadows mall in Lone tree, CO. Our DACACAP went down on Thursday Dec. 14th 2017. The busiest time of the year. They promised us a new unit the next day. Here it is Tuesday the 19 and they are still telling us lies. Now they are saying maybe tomorrow. When we ask to speak to a supervisor no one comes to the phone that says a lot about the company.

Horrible. They got sued in a class action suit and they are doing the same things as before. They sign you up, and then just raise the fees over and over no matter what they promise. They should have a full time lawyer in every building to protect from this fraud.
