If I could give them a negative rate it would be a -10. Can't withdraw money from my account because the atms are always down. This place is a joke.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru. I pulled up first and was waiting to be serviced when another customer pulled up AFTER me and was waited on before me. As they left to go on about their day, I was still sitting there! When I confronted the teller about this, she was EXTREMELY unapologetic for being blatantly discriminatory. When I called to put in a complaint, the manager, Tammy Tucker never returned my call. The last time I checked, my money is GREEN just like everybody elses...

I would give zero stars if possible. Awful transition from PCU to this BS Credit union. I can’t even access my money. When activating my debit card I was told it had already been activated. Can’t wait to switch to another bank ASAP.

Where to start? Couldn’t replace a card lost or stolen from the last week. I’m aware that I will have a new valley star card however I couldn’t check my balance to make sure nothing was stolen. I think I will just do away with this credit union and join URW.

Do not I repeat Do Not bank with this company. The culture of this company is trash since they purchased Piedmont Credit Union. They have hidden fees and their customer service is trash. I will be pulling out all of my money from this bank and closing my account. Good luck if you proceed with opening an account with them. You’ve been warned.

This is the worst experience. First there was a merge from Piedmont Credit union to Valley and there was one problem after another. Now Valley Star have. Updated their online banking and I cannot get into my account. I need to pay my bills and cannot. I have been trying all morning to contact Valley Star.Could not reach anybody so decided to leave voice message to call me back. Could not even do that because the mailbox is full. Piedmont Credit Union was wonderful. Valley Star have been a nightmare. It is time to make a change. P.S. Now when I call, they are not taking. Calls.I followed the instructions to set up new online account but when it got to the part to text me a code, the numbers were not my phone numbers.What kind of service is this?

Hate this bank. Wish Piedmont would’ve stayed the way it was. Horrible. Nobody seems to know anything or have answers. Not happy at all. Cannot log into my account because it is “locked” after I updated the app. It’s always something. I do not like this bank at all. Takes 30 minutes to reach someone to talk and then they are not friendly. Not a good bank at all.

Can’t even get somebody on the phone. I’m out of town and need info on my account and can’t talk to anybody with a pulse. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this bank unless you want to step backwards into the Stone Age!
