BEWARE!!! For those considering doing business here, prepare to be lied to and treated like a fool. Lost my car and they sold my dad a car that didn't make it more than 25 miles down the road.I bought my 2nd car from these people and got my car impounded on a bogus and now dismissed charge. They called me up and asked me if I was going to get the car out of impound, I told them that when I get paid in three days time I would get the car out (I didn't want to borrow money from my parents to get the car out, though I now wish I had) they said ok and hung up. The very next morning I find out they got my car out of impound and immediately started upgrading and preparing it to be sold. In one day they spent over $1,500 and told me I would have to pay that and the impound fee to get it back. They never gave me a chance to make things right or do the right thing. They screwed me and I will eventually have to file backrupty because of them.My dad bought a Lincoln town car from them after they gave him a story about how it belonged to one of the employees dad and was driven lightly and so on. Well, decided to give it's first drive up to Park City, but not before the engine broke down half way there.Scam arists and liars is what you'll find at UCCU. And a drive up ATM that only works half the time!

Feedback:

I've banked with UCCU all my life. I had personal and business accounts. Once I moved up to Heber, every time I went in their customer service is just terrible. The tellers truly don't know the answer to anything you ask and refer you back to a banker. After a few issues with this branch, final push to make me leave is one interaction I had with a teller. I was shorted $35 from a cash withdrawal. The teller argued with me over the transaction and said because I had walked out the door and came back in there was nothing she could do for me. Two days later the same teller called and asked if I was missing any cash from a transaction a few days later. I said yes (hoping I would receive my missing money) and told her the amount. She stated this was not the correct amount that was over on the bank and sadly nothing could be done unless I know the exact amount. At this point my jaw may have dropped. Today I closed my business accounts and moved to another bank. I would highly recommend not using UCCU in Heber, UT.

Fantastic service. Definitely that small town feel you look for. I would highly recommend.

Feedback:

Very poor customer service. I was a member here since 2001, I became a member of a class action lawsuit in which I can get a rebate of 10% of the total amount of money that I spent at a certain store since 2011. Of course, I need bank statements to prove the amount spent at the store. UCCU is making me pay $100 for them to email me the bank statements. This is probably more than the amount I will get in refund from this store. They would not make any exceptions. I called 3 other credit unions (AFCU, Goldenwest, and Mountain American) and none them charge this much (AFCU is free!). I suggest banking with one of these other options

I absolutely love UCCU! They have taken such good care of us. And the staff is so awesome; they feel like old friends!
