Client Review on USB Payment Processing

Feedback:

I am very disappointed with this company, I had some transactions in the amount of $5,400 and kept the money for 3 days. They called our business saying there are some suspicious transactions and need proof such as who the client was and the amount to release the money. I called and have to speak with somebody in the fraud department, the person was very arrogant and didn't care about what I said. He even said I am going to hung up on you because looks like you want to argument with me. What kind of business treat their customers like that. We are done is time to move on.
