Please stop calling me trying to offer your services, people will contact you if needed. No need for you to call me 5 times a day. Every month!

I interviewed for a job. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My interviewer was clear, explanatory and gracious. The environment was exceptionally comfortable and technology ready.

This company keeps calling my business non stop. When I return the calls I don't get anything but an answering service. I've left several messages and explaining to them that I do not need any payment processing and to please stop spamming my phone number. Yet the phone calls keep coming. Finally I've had to block thier number. Harassing phone calls is not a good way to get business!!!

Overall Feedback:

I am very disappointed with this company, I had some transactions in the amount of $5,400 and kept the money for 3 days. They called our business saying there are some suspicious transactions and need proof such as who the client was and the amount to release the money. I called and have to speak with somebody in the fraud department, the person was very arrogant and didn't care about what I said. He even said I am going to hung up on you because looks like you want to argument with me. What kind of business treat their customers like that. We are done is time to move on.

Great rates and excellent service to go along with it. The web interface is great and makes processing trancations simple. The best part is when you call them with a question you talk to a real person right away no need navigate through a menu. I highly recommend USB.
