Client Review on USALLIANCE Financial

Feedback:

They're not a Credit Union anymore, they're as good as a bank. And those of us who appreciate credit unions know that they typically strive to be a better than that. No customer service since the switch to "Financial". They used to check in on members every 2-3 minutes while on hold. Now, they can really care less how long they leave you on hold. Literally was left on hold for 20 minutes with no break. They don't call you back when you get disconnected, because it will affect their precious call time. Maybe instead of training your employees to be robots with quotas and strict call time reviews they'd have more compassion for your "members" and people would actually be Happy with the service. There's no consistency in the training. USALLIANCE is robbing their members with unnecessary fees, due to EMPLOYEE ERROR. And then the member has to suffer. But who cares when they're making enough money to send all their employees on cruises and throwing parties and things? I'm not saying don't reward your employees. But don't screw over the very people who support your business, to then reward mediocre behavior. If I could give negative stars, I would.
