absoutely horrible customer services! This is the 3rd payment I’ve tried making on my auto loan and the 3rd month I’ve had issues ! “Convience fees” so I try and use their site which has IP issues so I’m forced to call in where even the supervisor is rude and tells me even more options on how I just need to pay it , options that weren’t given the first two times I’ve called !
