If I could leave this institution zero stars, I would. The experiences of being lied to, double charged, once I have the opportunity I will be removing my loan from this bank. Don't waste your time with UFCU.

absoutely horrible customer services! This is the 3rd payment I’ve tried making on my auto loan and the 3rd month I’ve had issues ! “Convience fees” so I try and use their site which has IP issues so I’m forced to call in where even the supervisor is rude and tells me even more options on how I just need to pay it , options that weren’t given the first two times I’ve called !
