Client Review on United Credit Union - Fulton

A terrible excuse for a credit union. This bank is part of a shared branch community which involves Missouri Credit Union. Somehow in this arrangement United Credit Union has agreed upon not accepting payments/deposits to shared branches. This is extremely frustrating and not convenient. I was told one day it was due to identification purposes. Completely absurd, these shared branches don’t have this policy. Making withdrawals I could also understand, I just can’t comprehend how accepting a deposit from someone through the drive thru can not be done. This would not be an issue at all if the lobby was open everyday the bank was open, giving a person the opportunity but it’s not. After this holiday week I tried to make a payment on a Saturday, the day it was due. Only the drive thru was open, I explained to the teller the situation and she just snapped back “Well I can’t do that”. Keep up the terrible customer service and accommodations UCU, it’s a perfect mix for bankruptcy undoubtedly.
