A terrible excuse for a credit union. This bank is part of a shared branch community which involves Missouri Credit Union. Somehow in this arrangement United Credit Union has agreed upon not accepting payments/deposits to shared branches. This is extremely frustrating and not convenient. I was told one day it was due to identification purposes. Completely absurd, these shared branches don’t have this policy. Making withdrawals I could also understand, I just can’t comprehend how accepting a deposit from someone through the drive thru can not be done. This would not be an issue at all if the lobby was open everyday the bank was open, giving a person the opportunity but it’s not. After this holiday week I tried to make a payment on a Saturday, the day it was due. Only the drive thru was open, I explained to the teller the situation and she just snapped back “Well I can’t do that”. Keep up the terrible customer service and accommodations UCU, it’s a perfect mix for bankruptcy undoubtedly.

Amber Sifuentes is AMAZING! She has had to deal with me when I definitely was not at my best. I've been on the phone with her as a frazzled mess and she has always been not only empathetic and compassionate, but extremely helpful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a loan, or even just with questions.

Issues from day 1. And just told today that after 5 atm withdrawals from a different, yet shared branch, they charge you each time. Find that humorous because i have been traveling last 5 years and NEVER been charged until today. And have been using ATMs in several states, several times. Keep telling myself to overlook all the issues with this CU but think I'm done now.

Best financial institution in town. Any small hiccup I've encountered has been promptly resolved. I feel like management actually cares about the customer and is accommodating, which is hard to find in the banking sector in this day and age.
