Feedback:

I really didn't have too much of a problem with then before today. I've had a car loan and this is the second time that a representative has gotten a little out of hand as far as their attitude. I bank locally and tried to make a payment but they don't take discover cards which is linked to my checking account. I said I would make a payment in two days when I was back in town and that I understand since I had changed banks and they couldn't take the card, it would accrue interest and a late fee. I was fine with that since I had just switched banks and it was my fault for not setting up automatic payments. The representative said with an attitude and very rudely, "If you have the money, why don't you just make the payment today" I have worked in the service industry before as well and didn't really appreciate how rude she was. Now that ice completely transitioned banks, I will just set up the automatic payments because I don't care much to be on the phone with poorly trained representatives
