Feedback:
Ordered a time critical item and paid the additional delivery fee for this (£14.40), described on the product page as "Order before 5pm for same day dispatch" and next working day delivery.I ordered this product on Friday before 10am. It's now Tuesday at 5pm and I still haven't had a dispatch notice nor have I received the product. I ordered another product from an Italian based printer on the same day, this item arrived this morning yet I pay a premium from a printer less than 10 miles away and i'm still waiting...Rude customer service agent as well when I rang trying to argue and justify the delay with excuses such as busy printers / ink drying times. If your printers are that busy then it should be displayed as a lead time on the site.(the partial refund offered in the reply below was around £3 which was refused....)
