Horrendous company! Sent out a faulty (and dangerous) pavement sign which (a) leaked a x therefore ruined expensive marketing material and (b) kept falling over, despite fine weather and being set up as per instructions. Called to (very nicely) request a return, having purchased lots of products from this company previously, without fault. Assistant and Manager (three telephone conversations) proved absolutely fruitless- with both people telling me that the sign was not advertised as waterproof, and should not be expected to be so! *Bearing in mind that this is an outdoor pavement sign!* Both people refused to accept that the product could be faulty as, I quote “we sell hundreds and never have any problems”, and in addition to this advised that we should buy our marketing material from them to avoid any issue! I am in customer service, and I found their attitudes to be horrendous! These people came up with every excuse under the sun as to why the product didn’t perform, and all of the excuses came back to infer that I was either lying, or that my expectations of the product were incorrect. The long and short of it is that the product is simply not fit for purpose, and that the customer service displayed by UK POS is sadly lacking. Avoid this company at all costs!
