Client Review on UK POS

Feedback:

Ordered some prints which were getting framed for our move in day at the office and sent over artwork to Josh who said he had received it and he said all received and ill get delivery in couple of days. Nothing was delivered. I then called and spoke to Natasha - she said she couldn't see any artwork allocated to my job? I then sent artwork to her and Natasha said all received and id get delivery in couple of days - a week passed and still no delivery? I then called and spoke to Steve who said he couldn't see any artwork attached to my job? I sent Steve the artwork who confirmed it was received and he would upgrade me to a faster delivery because he knew i needed them for something coming up. I then get an email saying there is a problem with delivery and i wont be getting them in time. What a joke of a company! Very disappointing!!!!
